Turmeric Milk

A lovely bedtime drink, or if you need something to get you through your morning without reaching for an unhealthy snack at work. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, aids in fat metabolism, and is a great blood purifier. This turmeric milk is a delicious way to get more turmeric into your daily diet!

Directions

Heat almond milk in a pot until just before it reaches the boiling point. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Serve, and enjoy!

-1 cup of almond milk
-1/2 tsp turmeric
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-dash of pepper
-1 tsp honey or coconut sugar
