“I’m a lover of food, but most of what I was eating wasn’t giving my body the energy to sustain the entire day. When Raina designed a meal plan for me, I have to admit, there wasn’t a lot of things I was overly excited about, but decided to give it a try for a month “just to see”. My meals and snacks were not restricted to “1 cup of this” or “only half a serving of that”, but rather just a list of key ingredients to incorporate into my daily life.
